GRAPHCUT® MONO C - Cutting table with conveyor (for continuous roll feed).

GRAPHCUT MONO CONVEYOR, manufactured in the UK in partnership with Blackman & White, is a very robust machine conceived to cut single layers of soft materials with a high productivity. Its extremely structure has been designed for intense use 24/7, whilst keeping optimum cutting speeds at a high level of accuracy.
The material is fed automatically by a conveyor whilst cut pieces are off loaded at the end of the table. The gantry and the cutting head move along the axes driven by a rack and pinion system, allowing constant speed and precision. This machine is able to cut, mark and perforate at speeds of up to 1.5m/sec with +/- 0.25mm accuracy.
A turbine system creates an air locking vacuum to keep the material in place during the cutting process in order to obtain the required cutting quality.
The range of tools offered for this machine include a non-motorised tangential blade, a motorised rotating blade, an oscillating blade and an ink jet marking system. This extensive range enables the possibility to cut materials up to 15mm thick.

The machine is driven by our software VETICUT with a user friendly interface and numerous functions such as calculating common lines, speed modification for straight lines and curves in order to optimize the productivity of the machine whilst ensuring true cutting quality.

Cutting Head: 3 standard tools: tangential blade motorised circular blade, ink marking. Oscillating tangential blade (12 000 turns/min) optional.

Electrical supply: 380V Tri-phase, 50Hz.

Compressed air supply: 7 bars
