GRAPHCUT® MONO S - Static Cutting Table
))
GRAPHCUT MONO S, manufactured in the UK in partnership with Blackman & White, is a static cutting table which offers high quality cutting for all soft single-ply materials, such as textiles, technical fabrics (matt or impregnated), coated canvas and tarpaulins, Kevlar, and all thin soft materials. This machine is able to cut, mark and perforate at speeds of up to 1m/sec with +/- 0.5mm accuracy.
A turbine system creates an air locking vacuum to keep the material in place during the cutting process in order to obtain the required cutting quality.
VETICUT® technical functions:
- CAD files import.
- Management of parameters and cutting strategies.
- Interactive visualising of various indicators in regards to the progress of the cut.
- Display of provisional time remaining until the end of the cut.
- Display of the remaining life span of the blade.
- Cut plan shown on screen (current piece in red, the next in line in green and the pieces already cut in blue).
- Ability to pick-up from the same place after stopping.
- Control of material files (types of materials with associated parameters).
- Control of communal lines.
- Control of multiple tools.
- Automatic inversion of the cutting direction for symmetrical pieces.

Table dimensions: Modular length and width according to clients needs
Cutting surface: 2 supports provided with the machine (1 felt mat for the tangential blade, 1 perforated hard mat for the circular blade).
Marking system: A marking pen system is available as a standard tool on our machines.
Laser indication of starting point: A laser pointer is included (standard configuration) enabling to move the origin to allow the cutting of other parts of the fabric.
Cutting Head: 3 standard tools: tangential blade, circular blade, marking pen.
Electrical supply: Computer in command: 220V. Vacuum system: 380V Tri-phase, 50Hz.
Compressed air supply: 7 bars
