GRAPHCUT® MULTI S - Static cutting table
GRAPHCUT MULTI S is a static cutting table which offers large cutting capacities due to its specific cutting system. GRAPHCUT MULTI has an oscillating cutting tool enabling it to cut textiles as well as compressed foams, honeycomb and other composite materials. This machine can cut through materials as thick as 50mm, meaning that it works as well in single-ply as in multi-ply mode. The vast capacities of this machine enables it to function in industrial sectors such as aeronautical, marine, construction, insulation, swimming pools liners and covers, etc… This machine can cut, mark or drill holes at speeds of up to 30m/min with +/- 0.5mm accuracy.
A turbine creates an air locking vacuum to keep the material in place during the cutting process in order to obtain the required cutting quality.

Technical characteristics of GRAPHCUT MULTI S:
Table dimensions: Modular length and width according to clients requirements.
Cutting surface: Bristle blocs (bristles 35mm long). Perforations on the base allow the passing of air for the vacuum to keep the material in place. The bristle blocs allow the blade to penetrate the whole thickness of the stack of material to obtain a perfect cut.
Marking system: A marking pen system is available on our machines.
Laser indication of starting point: A laser pointer is included (standard configuration) enabling to move the starting point to allow the cutting of other parts of the fabric.
Cutting Head: 2 standard tools: oscillating blade, marking pen.
Electrical supply: Computer command: 220V. Vacuum system: 380VTri-phase, 50Hz.Vacuum type: lateral vacuum 18kw, filter, integrated frequency variation to control the suction.
Automatic blade sharpening: During the cutting process, whilst the blade is operated, it is automatically sharpened. Each sharpening cycle is executed with regards to the desired cutting perimeter.
