SCANGRAPH® – Automated digitising solution

The purpose of this system is to be able to input a number of shapes, simultaneously, in a few seconds, directly onto your CAD system.

The principle:

The system consists of a high resolution camera installed on a frame above a table with a zone of 1m x 1.20m (in order to obtain perfect integrity of the shapes) and the ScanGraph® software. This entirely automated system, equipped with sophisticated vectorising technology, enableshigh accuracy digitalising. This procedure is 20 times faster than using a digitiser or an A3 scanner.
The powerful algorithm enables the software to automatically recognize the details of the pattern pieces such as the contour, internal lines, angles, notches, drill holes etc…

ScanGraph® allows you to input patterns in any form (paper, cardboard, plastic, fabric etc…) whilst avoiding superfluous lines and imperfections, avoiding the cleaning up process.
