Training

ON SITE TRAINING

On site training takes place at clients’ premises. Following the course, a member of the training team keeps regular contact with each company to assess user progress in the implementation of our solutions.

It is thanks to this personal assessment within the work-place that operators quickly feel confident and autonomous in the use of their systems.

DISTANCE LEARNING

A modem link as well as remote connection software will enable users to get instant assistance in the integration of our solutions, avoiding any interruption in the production process during the implementation of the system.

This service is frequently used by clients who haven’t had time to fully apply their knowledge because of production constraints.

PERSONNALISED INFORMATION FORM

An information form making our team aware of the user problems operators might encounter is freely available.

Maintenance

A Hot Line service is made available to operators. This service makes it possible for our technical department to diagnose a technical problem and bring a quick solution to users of our CAD/CAM solutions without interrupting production.

The Hot Line service also gives clients the right to access our distance recovery service and software Internet upgrades.
